Terms of Service

  • All file resolutions are at 300dpi. You may print/use commissioned work for personal use only. You are strictly forbidden from using the artwork for commercial use.

  • You are not allowed to claim commissioned work as your own.

  • Paypal and Stripe payment only.

  • Payment must be made in full before work is started.

  • All artwork will be given first draft for approval.

  • Commissioned work is purely digital and will never be physically shipped.

  • Minor changes such as difference in hair/eye colour are allowed with no charges.

  • Any major changes after an approved sketch will be charged accordingly. Please make changes before finalising your sketch.

  • You’re not allowed to request a refund after approving your sketch.

  • You are not allowed to put my artwork through machine learning or any similar programs.

  • You are not allowed to use my artwork for NFTs.

Commission Process

  • Discussion of commission details and pricing.

  • Confirmation of pricing.

  • An invoice or payment link will be sent to you via Paypal or requested communication channel (ie: Discord)

  • I will start working on your commission once I’ve received payment

  • Sketches will be sent to your given email address for revisions and approval

  • Your artwork will be sent to you once it’s done

  • You can track work progress on my public Trello board.

1. Do you draw xxx?If you’re unsure if I can draw this, please drop me a DM via Bluesky or send me an email [email protected]2. Can you draw furries?Not outright saying no i cannot, but I haven't drawn one in so long.3. Can you draw a background for my piece?Simple washed backgrounds are okay and free of charge. I can throw in a cloud or two.4. Can you draw characters in darker skin tone?Yes of course! If your character has darker skin tone and there is a specific palette/hex code you want me to paint them in, please feel free to provide. I will always ask for confirmation on colours.5. Can you draw xxx and xxx doing xxx while xxx-This is under the full illustration category. Feel free to discuss the details with me if you're interested.6. How long will it take you to finish my commission?Head shots are usually faster and can be done within a week. The usual turnaround is within 4 weeks. If I’m unable to finish your commission in the stated time, I will let you know.7. Can I have my artwork at a larger size?Yes. Please let me know beforehand. I can scale artworks to a smaller resolution without quality loss, but I cannot scale them to a larger size without quality loss.8. Can you draw my commission in this artist’s style?No. Commission that artist instead.9. Any discounts if I’m ordering _______?Please… don’t ask for discounts.10. How does your queue system work?I normally work on commissions one by one so that I'm able to focus on a piece at a time. On rare occasions I will work on two simultaneously. The sketch + base colour phase is really quick, the rendering phase is the real wait time.11. Do you post finished pieces on social media?This is only done per request as I try to respect my client's privacy on their characters. If you want sample work, feel free to ask!
